Our adult programs are intended motivate and empower you with the knowledge and skills of self-defense. One of the most complete martial arts, Jiu-Jitsu is rooted in the Samurai systems of Japan. It is a great full body workout, burning calories and stress.

We offer a no sweat introductory course. A two-week trial with no long-term contacts so we can get to know you and your goals.
- 1 Private class (if no experience) to introduce the basics
- 1 Shadowed class (more if needed) with a senior grade student to ensure confidence in the regular group participation
- 2 weeks of UNLIMITED Classes in the chosen program
- 1 Complete Uniform and Belt presentation
